By making your hotel booking on our online booking engine, you are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, utilized by most popular browsers, including Netscape and Microsoft Explorer. Through encryption, the personal information you enter, including your name, address and credit-card information, is converted into code that is then securely dispatched over the Internet.
6. Booking Terms & Conditions
In order to confirm a reservation you must secure your booking using a valid debit/credit card number or pre-payment of the first night's accommodation. If using a card number to secure, we do not deduct money from your card, however in the event of cancellation or amendment, you must give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid charges. If 24 hours notice is not given we will endeavour to re-sell your room, failing this you will be liable to pay for the first night's accommodation. All pre-paid deposits are non-refundable on cancellation or amendment.

Your personal information refers to the data obtained from you in connection with the service provided. Your privacy is important to us and we promise to respect your personal information.
Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will do our best to ensure that your details are accurate and up-to-date. We will use your personal information for the following reasons so that we can provide you with a first class service:
