Golfing in Scotland is a traditional pastime and there are many Highland golf courses to choose.
The Ballachulish House Hotel Golf Course is right next door to The Ballachulish Hotel and guests golf for just £10 a round. This spectacular nine hole course is well recommended and is set amid breathtaking scenery.
Those who wish to travel a little further afield should try the 18 hole course in Fort William or the beautiful Traigh golf course, set by the beach at Arisaig on the Road to the Isles.
