All prices are per person, per night, including Room and full Scottish Breakfast.

Dinner Menu
The contemporary warmth of Bùlas Bar & Bistro is a unique eating experience. Savour our signature dishes that are served in bùlas, a traditional highland pot. Our customers just love the moment when the lid comes off the bùlas and they are surrounded by great aromas!

Single Rooms
We are pleased to charge no single supplements except on certain busy days.

Children
Children are charged on the basis of sharing with two adults in Family Rooms. Children on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate may dine for free from the Breakfast Buffet, Children's Dinner Menu or from the Set Dinner Menu at a supplement of £7.50.

Accommodation costs are
£7.50 for children aged 3-5
£17.50 for children aged 6-10
£27.50 for children aged 11-15

Cots are charged at £5 and extra beds are charged at £10.

Please note that Standard Family rooms can take a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. If booking a family room, please state how many children will be with you. Children’s rates will be added to your bill at the end of stay.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome and charged at £10.00 per night.

Become a modern day Highland Chieftain as you lay your head in style and luxury. From a vantage point in the most historic parts of the hotel, these rooms enjoy stunning west facing, uninterrupted views across Loch Linnhe to Morvern, with the sun setting over the Loch for many months of the year.

Loch View Rooms

£55-£95 per person, per night B&B

Loch View rooms guarantee a west or north facing view over Loch Linnhe. All have a distinct Highland Character and have been fully or partially refurbished within the last five years and are standard in size. All rooms have telephone, television, tea and coffee making facilities, double or twin beds and bath and/or shower. These rooms include Membership of nearby Leisure Centre.

Standard and Wee Loch View Rooms

£45-£85 per person, per night B&B

Sharing the same benefits as Loch View Rooms, choose from Standard Rooms which are situated in the historic part of the Hotel with a restricted view OR Wee Loch Views that have a great view from the more modern West Wing of the hotel. These rooms include Membership of nearby Leisure Centre.

Butt ‘n’ Ben

£30-£65 per person, per night B&B

These rooms are smaller and typically have a restricted rear view and have not been as recently refurbished. As such they offer excellent value for money. These rooms include Membership of nearby Leisure Centre.
